U cant continue writing Ive had this issue for a while...I literally turn the page or double click the screen to change music and all my writing is gone...super upset

How I cant put a lock code on my phone in settings and it keeps on say not filled want to know what going on with that thanks

I love the app but every time I go on it, goes back pleas help me I want to write something pleazzzz

I liked it at one time when I had this app on my iPhone 6 S plus. I have an iPhone 7 plus now. and I tried and tried to put a passcode in and it would not let me save it every time I open app it says passcode not set if you dont fix the flaws Im deleting this app. No use wasting space on my phone when it doesnt work. FIX IT!!!!!

Wanted to get an app to write my personal thoughts in privately. Went to setting to make a password and it wouldnt let me create it! Then it asked me if I wanted a code. I tapped yes, made my code, but yet again, it didnt let me enter it.

I have a couple words for this game!!!!! Horrible,stupid,glitchy,bad

Very upset... I downloaded the "My Secret Diary" app over a year ago and at first it was my favorite app. Soon after, it began having several technical issues so I deleted & reinstalled it. Now, my lock code isn't working, it won't allow me to save a new lock code, and I can't retrieve ANY of prior entries! Please send me a working customer support number for the developer because their email support link isn't working. Thank You.

Not worth your time. All entries were not saved they disappeared as soon as you close the app and reopen it. Setting the lock for the Diery doesnt work it wont save it. Which is fine because it doesnt save your interest either so theres nothing to keep private. Very disappointing.

I love this app but lately when youre typing the words disappears and you have to skip lines to see what youre typing and the last few days the app has been frozen & wont even let me write anything.

Ive been using this app since 2012 and its my favorite. I remember how easy and effortless it was to write on it, but last years update it was a complete nightmare! Now with this new update, the crashing as stopped -almost completely- and I can see pictures without any problem. The sticker situation has stopped BUT 1. When I post a picture on one entry, the picture goes to the day before. So if I post a picture on May 2nd, it will go onto May 1 entry which is rather annoying. 2. It wont let me put a lock code?? If its going to be "secret" then it should let me have a code! 3. When I type, the page lowers and I cant see what Im writing until I press "Done" and continue. It goes on and really does waste my time. This is all for now. PLEASE update more often.

I cannot get the app to open after enabling the sync to my Dropbox. I have an IPad Air 2 with latest IOS version. This is so frustrating that I have lost access to 3 years of entries. FIX this please!!

the app is good, but i am unable to put a passcode on it. if its a "secret" diary, i should be able to put a passcode, but i cant. also, when i am playing music, the app automatically turns it off, which really pisses me off at times. the app is good, its just those two problems that i am having. PLEASE FIX

I HATE IT. Downloaded this version and now it wont open! I cant get any of my notes and everything else. So what are you going to do? Any kind of support or just trash it.

And Im not sure how to retrieve it.

I forgot my a password and I need to get back in.

PPPLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSEEEEE fix this app!!!!!!!!!! Oh my god, its so annoying when Im typing a REALLY long entry about how crappy my day was, and then you accedentky turn a page and ALL OF TGE STUFF YOU WROTE IS GONE!!!!! Or when it crashes and the same thing happens. I have been getting and deleting this app multiple times in hope that you will just get off your butt and fix the app, but NO DICE!!!!!! After the past two years of getting and deleting the app and having the same thing happen, I dont think Ill ever get this app again because its USELESS

Ive had this app since 2013 and for the most part I love it. only at times if you click to far to the left or right while typing you can accidentally flip the page and lose what youve typed for the entire day. if that is fixed, the app will be perfect!

Words cannot express how disappointed I am. Ive been using this app for a very long time and Ive been happy with it, but now its useless. I cant write in it without it turning the page or erasing what I write. If I try to read what Ive previously written, it either flips the page or sends me back to today. This app is trash. Give us our quality back!
